Warranties & Refund/Return Policy

· All prices quoted on our website are in US dollars and are valid only in the United States.

· 1 Stop Gourmet Shop reserves the rights to change prices, terms, specifications, descriptions and warranties for products on this internet site at any time without prior notice. 1 Stop Gourmet Shop endeavors to post accurate information, but mistakes can sometimes be made, and any errors in product specifications, descriptions and pricing are subject to correction by 1 Stop Gourmet Shop. We reserve the right to make substitutions for products that are currently out of stock or not available. Substitutions will always be on an 'equal to' or a 'better than' the original product. We reserve sole discretion over the acceptance of orders, and may reject any order that is not consistent with the requirements of these terms & conditions or our merchandising policies.

· We offer a limited Money Back Guarantee and Return policy. If you are not satisfied with one of our products, you can request to return it for a refund within 15 days from date of receipt. Return requests after 10 days will be authorized for Store Credit only. Merchandise may be returned only after first notifying us of the problem and receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Return Goods without a correct identifying RMA Number on the carton will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. Refunds or replacements are only honored for un-opened, un-assembled, and unused merchandise in original condition and in their original boxes with all paperwork. Upon receipt of the item at our location we will refund your money or issue a store credit for the PRODUCT PRICE ONLY less an appropriate restocking charge. Shipping charges paid will not be refunded. Orders that are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer will incur an automatic 15% restocking fee. Orders that received discounted or free shipping will be charged for initial shipping cost as well as returning shipping cost if we issue a pick-up tag. Certain restocking fees may apply.

• We are happy to accept International Orders and ship via UPS Worldwide and/or International Post. Free Shipping is not applicable to International Orders. Duties and Government Taxes at the final destination are the responsibility of and are billed directly to the purchaser.

• Several of our product lines are made to order and are returnable subject to the discretion of the respective manufacturer. Certain restocking fees may be applicable and vary by manufacturers. Ship time indicated for any product item is based on information supplied by the manufacturer and often represents "typical" turnaround time. However, products may ship immediately or before the "typical time" indicated. Goods that have shipped may not be cancelled.

• Bear in mind that credit card companies vary in time that they post credits to your account. Please allow one or two billing cycles for the refund to be posted to your statement.

· Your shipment should be carefully examined upon receipt. If the carton arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the shipment and indicate to the driver that you are "refusing due to damage". Please notify us so that we may provide a substitute shipment upon return receipt.

· If concealed shipping damage exists that could not be detected until the shipping box was opened, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Claims must be filed within 7 days for merchandise damaged in transit. If you allow this time to elapse, a claim cannot be filed and a return cannot be accepted.

· Accessories such as extra pot rack hooks, chain, etc. are not returnable. You should take care when deciding on quantities.

Rogar Products - Warranty Information

· Rogar products are Warranted by the Manufacturer for a period of One (1) year from the original Date of Purchase against defects in material and workmanship. Any product that develops such defects during the Warranty period will be repaired or replaced, at Rogar's option, provided that it is returned, postage prepaid to Rogar International Corporation, 12732 Oak Lake Court, Midlothian, VA 23112 along with Ten Dollars ($10.00) to cover the cost of return postage and handling. Proof of Purchase date is required, or a Product Registration Card must be on file. The Warranty is VOID if the product has been tampered with, abused or misused. Please see the yellow Warranty Card/Product Registration that was packed with the product for additional details, address and telephone numbers.

VinoFlex™ - Warranty Information

· The VinoFlex™ No Drip Pourer is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects or premature wear VinoFlex™ International will exchange any defective product free of charge. Claim Procedure under Warranty: Please send the defective VinoFlex™ pourer to VinoFlex™ with a stamped, self-addressed return envelope. After inspection, if the product shows a manufacturing problem or premature wear, VinoFlex™ International will return a neutral pourer free of charge. This Warranty applies to individual consumers.
